Alexya Foundation

• A license is required for each SharePoint front-end server where user interaction with Alexya Foundation components occurs

Alexya Standard

• Single Server License – This license covers a single SharePoint front-end server environment, or the first server in a Farm configuration
• Additional Server License – A license is required for each additional SharePoint front-end server in a Farm configuration, where user interaction with Alexya Standard components occurs
• Developer licenses (development, testing, acceptance etc.) can be purchased at 50% of the production license cost
• Testing licenses are at no cost
• Maintenance contract are mandatory for the first five (5) years at 20% of purchased price.

Alexya Enterprise

• Single Server License – This license covers a single SharePoint front-end server environment, or the first server in a Farm configuration
• Additional Server License – A license is required for each additional SharePoint front-end server in a Farm configuration, where user interaction with Alexya Standard components occurs
• Development Server License – This license covers a single SharePoint developer server environment at 50% of the front-end server cost
• Developer licenses (development, testing, acceptance etc.) can be purchased at 50% of the production license cost.
