  • Strategic analyst: allows understanding of the current situation, issues and opportunities; identifies objectives, strategies and an action plan targeted at your organization’s actual needs
  • Solution architect: designs the overall architecture and directs all individual experts in technical areas: infrastructure, information architecture, functional architecture and user experience
  • Information architect: develops classification, organization and search methods, as well as the retention schedule and metadata plan
